The Installationtool was designed for Windows based systems, and is currently not “ios” (Apple) compatible.
- Restart the Installationtool, if the problem remains remove the Installationtool from your computer, and re-install.
- The Installationtool uses Java, verify if Java is installed and or reinstall Java using:
- c:\Program Files(x86)\PowerRouter\InstallTool\java\java.exe –
After Java is (re)installed, restart the Installationtool.
