The Installtool is not communicating with the PowerRouter

  1. Is the PowerRouter Firmware version higher than 4.x.x?
    If not, contact PowerRouter Nedap PowerRouter Support.

  2. Always use the latest version from the Installationtool, verify at http://www.powerrouter.com/en/download-portal/software.html

  3. Is the PowerRouter connected by the USB cable, and has Windows recognized and USB device? (when plugging in the USB cable, an USB device should be recognized).
    If this does not happen, verify the connection.
  1. Reinstall the USB driver, the program can be found on:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\PowerRouter\InstallTool …\lib\driverinstaller.exe -
