When this warning occurs, the PowerRouter has received an error message from the Li-ion Battery manager (BMM) and will react accordantly.
The “Caused by” variable visible at the Events on MyPowerRouter.com will show the relevant Error code. A description from this Error code can be found inside the Error list from the Li-ion Manufacturer. In most cases, a restart from the Li-ion BMM will resolve the issue.
For instance:
An external battery error with a Saft battery pack in the events on MyPowerRouter.com.
Cause by “36”.
According to the Saft user manual this means: “6 months passed since the last
IBIT”
The solution: Reset the Saft BMM.
