P115-H: Not enough modules alive

The PowerRouter has detected that not all of its modules are responding.

the “Caused by” value (visible at the Events on MyPowerRouter.com) indicates which modules are working, and which are not.
Caused by = 0: No module is responding.
Caused by = 1: DCAC module is working.
Caused by = 2: Solar module is working.
Caused by = 3: DCAC and Solarmodule are working.
Caused by = 4: Battery module is working.
Caused by = 5: Battery and DCAC module are working.
Caused by = 6: Battery and Solar module are working.
Caused by = 7: Battery, DCAC and Solar module are working.

  1. Cold start the PowerRouter, this means de-energize the PowerRouter completely (disconnecting Solar, Grid, Batteries and wait 10min before reconnecting them and starting the PowerRouter).

  2. If the problem remains, contact Nedap PowerRouter Support.
